Made with just 5 ingredients, these tacos pack a punch. Load chilli and lime prawns into crispy taco shells with a zingy mango salsa. Ready in under 20 minutes, these a great for a quick summer midweek meal. See method
Ingredients
- 250g pack mango
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ pack coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 x raw chilli & lime marinated king prawns
- 6 taco shells or mini tortilla wraps
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Cut the mango into small chunks and place in a bowl. Add the diced avocado and half of the finely chopped coriander. Season and stir together to make a salsa.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Cook the prawns to pack instructions. Season with black pepper and stir through the remaining coriander.
- In a separate frying pan, lightly warm the taco shells or toast your tortilla wraps. Load with salsa and the prawns.
