Method
- Toss the cauliflower in the vegetable oil and cook in the air-fryer at 200°C for 10 mins, tossing halfway through, until lightly charred and al dente.
- Meanwhile, whisk the cornflour with 4 tbsp milk until you have a smooth paste. Warm the remaining milk in a large saucepan over a medium heat until it starts to steam. Drizzle in the cornflour mix and whisk for 2-3 mins until you have a smooth, glossy sauce. Remove from the heat and stir through the cheese until fully melted, then mix through the siracha and sweet chilli sauce.
- Toss the cauliflower through the cheese sauce and fold in half the spring onions. Spoon into an ovenproof dish that fits in the air-fryer, or alternatively, spoon it directly into the base of the air-fryer. Sprinkle over the remaining spring onions, red chilli and the sesame seeds. Cook in the air-fryer at 180°C for 8-10 mins until lightly golden and bubbling hot. Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving.
Tip: You can replace the cauliflower with broccoli, if you like.
