Air-fryer crispy sprouts with lardons recipe

Try cooking your sprouts in the air-fryer this year to get them super crispy. Cook with lardons, nutmeg and rosemary for festive flavours, then serve alongside all the trimmings. See method
Ingredients
- 180g pack Tesco Finest dry cure bacon lardons
- 2 x 200g packs peeled Brussels sprouts, halved lengthways
- 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves picked and finely chopped
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon, zest only

Method
- In the base of the air-fryer, toss the lardons, Brussels sprouts, rosemary, nutmeg and olive oil together until evenly combined.
- Cook in the air-fryer at 200°C for 8-10 mins, stirring halfway through, until the sprouts are al dente and lightly crisping around the edge.
- Serve in a warm dish topped with freshly ground black pepper and lemon zest.
Tip: To make these vegetarian, simply leave out the lardons.
