Everyone loves a pig in blanket and these homemade ones couldn't be simpler. Air-fried until crispy then drizzled with thyme and honey, you won't be cooking pigs in blankets any other way. See method
Ingredients
- 12 Tesco Finest dry cure streaky bacon rashers
- 12 Tesco Finest pork chipolatas
- 2 sprigs thyme, leaves picked, to garnish (optional)
- 1 tbsp clear honey, to serve (optional)

Method
- Wrap a rasher of bacon down the length of each chipolata.
- Place on the shelf of the air-fryer, evenly spaced apart, and cook at 180°C for 10-12 mins until evenly golden, the bacon is crisp and the chipolata is cooked throughout.
- Serve on a plate or platter topped with thyme leaves and a drizzle of honey, if you like.
Tip: Wrap your pigs in blankets up to 48 hours in advance and store in the fridge until you’re ready to air-fry them.
