Ingredients
- 750g Granny Smith apples
- 125g (4oz) fresh cranberries
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp allspice
- 4tbsp plain four
- 75g (2 1/2oz) soft brown sugar
- 50g (1 3/4oz) oats
- 50g (1 3/4oz) flaked almonds
- 100g (3 1/2oz) chilled butter, cut into cubes

Method
- Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. In a bowl, mix the fruit with the spices, 1tbsp flour and 1tbsp sugar. Tip into a baking dish.
- Mix rest of the sugar and flour with the oats and almonds. Work in butter to make a crumble; scatter over. Bake for 45 minutes until crisp.
