Ingredients
- 260g 30% less fat buttery spread, plus extra for greasing
- 8 tbsp clear honey
- 2 Bramley apples, cored, 1 peeled and diced, 1 thinly sliced
- 300g rolled oats
- 70g dried cranberries
- 50g 4-seed mix

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C and grease and line a 21cm square baking tin. Melt the spread and honey in a large pan over a low-medium heat.
- Add the diced apple, oats, 50g of the cranberries and the seeds to the spread mix. Mix well, then transfer to the baking tin.
- Arrange the apple slices on top and scatter over the remaining cranberries. Smooth, then bake for 35-40 mins until a little golden. Remove and set aside to cool completely in the tin. Once cool, cut the flapjack into squares.
