- 150g blackberries, halved
- 1 tbsp demerara sugar
- 1 tbsp Tesco Finest Crème de Cassis
- 100ml double cream
- 4 Tesco Finest All Butter Scones, halved

Method
- Toss the blackberries with the sugar and set aside.
- Stir the cassis into the double cream and whip until soft peaks form.
