Ingredients
- 4 small just-ripe bananas about 6 ins long
- 40ml orange juice
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 2tsp granulated sweetener (sugar replacement)
- 20g reduced-fat (lighter) spread

Method
- Peel and halve the bananas lengthways and place in a small baking dish. Pour over the orange juice then sprinkle on the cinnamon and granulated sweetener. Finally dot the spread over the top.
- Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes and serve immediately with juice sprinkled over.
