Ingredients
- 8 fresh Turkish figs, quartered
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 190ml whipping cream
- 300g Tesco Finest Cornish custard
- 25g pistachios, roughly chopped

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Put the figs on a baking tray lined with nonstick baking paper and dust with the cinnamon. Then drizzle the honey over the figs and cook in the oven for 15 mins, until beginning to caramelise. Remove and allow to cool slightly, before roughly chopping half of the baked figs.
- In a bowl, beat the cream with an electric whisk until soft peaks start to form, then fold in the custard.
- Divide the mixture evenly between serving glasses, layering with the chopped figs. To serve, top with the remaining baked figs and pistachios.
