Craving something sweet? These banoffee yogurt pots will definitely hit the spot. Layer creamy Greek-style yogurt with salted caramel sauce, slices of fresh banana and toffee popcorn for a speedy no-cook dessert that's ready in just 10 minutes. Finish with shavings of dark chocolate and extra caramel sauce and enjoy. See method
Ingredients
- 500g pot Greek-style yogurt
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 tbsp Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce, plus extra to serve
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 60g toffee popcorn
- 10g grated dark chocolate, to serve (optional)

Method
- Mix the yogurt, honey and vanilla extract to combine, then divide half between 6 small glasses or bowls. Top each with 1 tbsp caramel sauce, then divide the sliced banana between the glasses.
- Spoon over the remaining yogurt and top with toffee popcorn. Drizzle over a little more caramel sauce and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate to serve, if you like.
