Channel all of the flavours of the classic cocktail with these Bloody Mary ice lollies, made with tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Add vodka to make these frozen treats great for adults, or enjoy them alcohol-free. The perfect way to keep cool on hot summer days. See method
Ingredients
- 750ml tomato juice from concentrate
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 drops Tabasco (or more, to taste)
- 1½ lemons, ½ juiced, 1 finely sliced
- ½ tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp horseradish sauce
- 80ml vodka (optional)

Method
- Whisk all the ingredients (except the lemon slices) in a large jug.
- Pour the mixture into 8 lolly moulds and freeze for 2 hrs.
- Remove the lollies from the freezer, stir, then push a lemon slice and a lolly stick into the centre of each. Freeze for a further 4 hrs. Remove from the moulds to serve.

This recipe is based on approximately 100ml lolly moulds and makes around 800ml of liquid with space to expand on freezing. Freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
