- 1 x 480ml tub chocolate brownie ice cream
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 8-12 mini chocolate brownie bites, roughly chopped
- 150g (5oz) raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- spray cream

Method
- Take four serving dishes and place two scoops of ice cream in each. Drizzle each serving with 1 tbsp maple syrup. Scatter over the chopped brownie bites and fruit, then top each one with about 1 tbsp spray cream.
