Ingredients
- 50ml dark rum
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce
- Ground nutmeg
- Ground cinnamon
- 440ml apple cider
- 2 scoops Tesco Finest salted caramel ice cream

Method
- Add dark rum, lemon juice, Tesco Finest salted caramel sauce and a pinch each of ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon to 2 highball glasses.
- Divide chilled apple cider between them, leaving a little space at the top.
- Add Tesco Finest salted caramel ice cream to each, then drizzle each with caramel sauce.
- Top with a cinnamon stick, and a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon.
