Ingredients
- 6 celery sticks, ends trimmed and cut into 8cm lengths
- 100g soft cream cheese
- 50g green and red seedless grapes
- 60g cherry tomatoes
- 20g blueberries
- 1 red apple, cut into 2mm rounds
- 1 kiwi, cut into 2mm rounds

Method
- Cut 1 piece of celery into very thin 2cm long strips.
- Spoon or pipe the cream cheese down the curved length of each of the remaining celery sticks.
- Top with either a row of grapes, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, apple rounds or kiwi.
- Use a skewer to create 2 small holes in the top of the end piece of fruit and push 2 thin strips of celery into them to create antenna, if desired. Serve immediately.
