Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 7, 220 ̊C, fan 200 ̊C. Make the pizza bases to pack instructions. Roll out to 2 large, rough circles and slide onto lightly greased baking sheets. Turn up the edges a little to form a crust. Set aside in a warm place.
- Add the cheese (reserving 10g to dot over at the end), soured cream and lemon zest to a small bowl. Season with pepper and mix until smooth.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and blanch the broccoli and sugarsnaps for 2 mins. Drain and run under cold water to cool. Pat dry and set aside.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the pizza bases, leaving a 2cm border. Top with the sugarsnaps, broccoli, courgette, spring onions and most of the basil. Bake for 10-15 mins until the crust is golden. Top with the remaining cheese, rocket and remaining basil.
