The bacon sarnie is given a glow-up in this breakfast naan. Stuffed with crispy streaky bacon, Cheddar and fried eggs, just add a dollop of chilli jam for extra deliciousness. See method
Ingredients
- 2 garlic naans
- 6 slices streaky bacon
- 2 eggs
- 20g Cheddar
- 4 tbsp 50% less fat soft cheese
- 1 tbsp chilli jam
- 1 green chilli, finely sliced
- fresh coriander leaves, to serve
If you don't have any Cheddar, try using another hard cheese

Method
- Cook the naans to pack instructions.
- Dry fry the bacon in a frying pan over a medium high heat until crispy, about 3-4 mins.
- Move the bacon to the edge of the pan and drizzle in the oil. Crack the eggs in and fry for 3-4 mins until the edges start to go crispy.
- Sprinkle the grated Cheddar over the eggs.
- To serve spread the naans with cream cheese and dot over the chilli jam. Top with the crispy bacon and fried egg.
- Garnish with green chilli and fresh coriander leaves. Slice in half to eat.
