Ingredients
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 180g pack mango, lime & coconut chicken chunks
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Cut the tortilla wrap into 12 triangles, brush with the olive oil and transfer to a baking tray. Bake for 10 mins until golden and crisp.
- Mash the avocado with half of the lime juice; season. Spoon the avocado onto the tortilla triangles, then top each one with some of the chicken.
- Scatter with lime zest and squeeze over the remaining juice.
