An absolute classic - the cornflake cakes recipe. Get the kids involved when making these crunchy and moreish chocolate cornflake clusters. A perfect party pudding that young and old alike will love, the only cooking involved is melting chocolate, butter, and golden syrup. See method

- 75g butter
- 200g dark chocolate, broken into small chunks
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 200g cornflakes

Method
- Melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a small saucepan over a low heat. Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
- Put 24 cupcake cases into muffin tins, or on a baking tray.
- Then, stir the cornflakes into the mixture, and spoon into the cupcake cases. Allow to set and then serve.
