- 200g (7oz) linguine
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 x 170g tin crab meat, drained
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
If you haven't got linguine, try using spaghetti instead

Method
A fresh, quick dinner recipe perfect for the summer - this crab, chilli, and leek linguine is spicy, sweet and luxurious thanks to the addition of tinned white crab meat. A healthy option that's full of protein, try it tonight with just a few simple ingredients.
- Put the pasta into a pan of boiling water and cook following the packet instructions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and add the leek and chilli. Fry gently for 5 mins, making sure the leek doesn't brown. Add the crab meat and lemon zest, then a little of the juice, to taste.
- Take off the heat, season, and stir the crab mixture through the pasta.
