Need a new, refreshing tipple full of flavour this Christmas? Look no further than this Campari spritz. Using rosé and cranberry juice ensures a light, sweet and tart flavour to balance out the bitter Campari. Garnish with an orange peel and raise a toast this Christmas! See method
Ingredients
- 60ml Campari
- 90ml sparkling rosé
- 60ml low-sugar cranberry juice
- soda water
- 4 frozen cranberries
- Orange peel strip, to garnish

Fill a large tumbler or highball glass with ice cubes and pour in the Campari, sparkling rosé and low-sugar cranberry juice.

Top up with soda water, stir carefully, then add 3 frozen cranberries.

To garnish, twist a strip of orange peel, pierce with a cocktail stick and secure with a defrosted frozen cranberry.
Tip: Increase the amounts by the number of people you’re serving, mix in a large jug and pour into glasses to serve.
