Ingredients
- 40g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 40g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 4 Tesco Finest all-butter croissants, halved lengthways
- 4 tbsp pistachio crème
- 100g raspberries
- 20g pistachios, finely chopped

Method
- Put the white and dark chocolate in two heatproof bowls. Melt each in the microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring well in between, until smooth.
- Split the croissants, fill each with 1 tbsp pistachio crème and some raspberries. Drizzle white and dark chocolate on the top half of the croissants and sprinkle with pistachios to serve.
