Ingredients
- 2 x sourdough bases
- 6 tbsp (120g) hazelnut chocolate spread
- 20g pink and white mini marshmallows
- 50g leftover Easter egg, broken
- 15g plain peanuts
- 50g mini eggs, chopped
- 2 strawberries, sliced

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and put the pizza bases on top. Bake for 5 mins.
- Spread the warm bases with the hazelnut chocolate spread, leaving roughly a 1cm border.
- Scatter over the mini marshmallows, broken Easter egg, peanuts and mini eggs. Return to the oven for another 4-5 mins until the marshmallows are beginning to melt and the peanuts are lightly toasted.
- Scatter with the strawberry slices and serve.
