Forest fruit crumble recipe

Warm and comforting, this classic crumble recipe is super easy to make. Apples, cherries and blackberries are topped with an oat and seed crumble topping, then baked until golden. Serve with natural yogurt and dig in! See method
Ingredients
For the crumble topping
- 30g vegan low fat spread, such as Tesco Light Olive Oil Spread
- 50g plain wholemeal flour
- 50g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp Tesco granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the filling
- 2 eating apples, such as Braeburn, peeled, quartered, cored and finely sliced
- 350g mixed fruit such as pitted cherries, blackberries, plums etc
- 2 tsp wholemeal plain flour
- 1 tbsp Tesco granulated sweetener
- Tesco Plant Chef Soya Yogurt, to serve

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°c / gas 4. Rub the spread into the flour and stir through the oats, seeds, sweetener and cinnamon and set aside for now.
2. Tip the fruit into a medium baking dish (roughly 1 litre) and sprinkle over the flour. Toss until all the fruit is lightly coated. Drizzle over the sweetener and spread out into an even layer. Sprinkle over the crumble mix, transfer to the oven and bake for 35-40 mins, until the top is golden and crisp and the fruit is tender. Serve with yogurt.
