Ingredients
- 3 pears, chopped
- 300g (10oz) blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
If you don't have any pears, try using apples

Method
- Take the pears and cook in a pan with a splash of water, until softened. Whizz in a food processor with the blueberries, banana and orange to make a purée. Strain through a sieve back into the pan. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often, or until reduced by half.
- Preheat the oven to gas 1/4, 110°C, fan 90°. Line a baking tray with nonstick baking paper. Pour the purée onto the tray; bake for 3-4 hours, until set. Turn the oven off; leave to cool inside.
- Peel off the baking paper. Roll up the fruit ‘leather’ in a clean sheet of paper. Cut into 15 pieces.
