- 400g whole cooked frozen lobster, defrosted overnight in the fridge
- 40g butter, softened
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 5g fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and cut into wedges

Method
- Prepare the lobster to pack instructions. Preheat the grill to high. Mix the butter, paprika, dill, and lemon zest in a bowl. Spread evenly over the lobster meat.
- Transfer to a baking tray and grill for 3-5 mins until heated through. Twist off the claws, then break them into their natural sections. Crack the shell by tapping it with a nut cracker or sharp, heavy knife. Remove the meat with a fork. Serve with the lemon wedges.
