Ingredients
- 5 tbsp marmalade
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 440g (14 1/2oz) pork loin steaks
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500g new potatoes
- brocoli
If you haven't got any new potatoes, try dicing a large white potato instead

Method
Grilled pork is given an upgrade in this simple dinner recipe. Dressed in a ginger and orange sauce, the humble pork loin is finally able to live up to its full flavour potential for you to enjoy. Serve with new potatoes and broccoli.
- In a small pan, heat the marmalade, orange juice, ginger and hoisin sauce, stirring until the marmalade has dissolved. Then bring just to the boil and cook for a minute to thicken slightly. Season to taste.
- Rub 4 of the pork steaks with a little oil, season and cook under a medium grill for 5-6 minutes each side.
- Put the cooked pork on 4 plates and pour on the sauce. Serve with boiled new potatoes and broccoli.
