Ingredients
- 150g Manchego, thinly sliced
- 100g Serrano ham slices
- 125g Tesco 'Ready To Eat' figs
- parsley leaves, to garnish
- a few pinches of paprika, to garnish
- cocktail sticks

Method
- Cut the slices of ham in half, then arrange slices of Manchego in the centre of each slice. Carefully top the cheese with 1-2 figs, depending on size. Roll the ham up into cylinders so that the figs are at the centre of the canapés.
- Secure through the middle with the cocktail sticks. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with the parsley leaves and pinches of paprika sprinkled on top.
