Mango and mint grown up slushies recipe

Ingredients
- 150ml (5 fl oz) sugar-free lemonade
- 300ml (1/2 pint) mango juice
- 100ml (3 1/2 fl oz) white rum (optional)
- 100g (3 1/2 oz) mango flesh, chopped
- 10 fresh mint leaves and two sprigs, for garnish

Method
- Take two empty ice cube trays or ice cube bags and pour the lemonade into one and the mango juice into the other. Freeze until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the cubes from the tray and add to the blender with the rum, most of the mango (leave a few chunks for garnish) and the mint leaves and pulse until you have a good consistency.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with the mint leaves and the rest of the mango (simply sprinkle a few little cubes on top) and drink with straws.
Tip: If you’re leaving out the rum, add a little extra mango juice
