- 3 green cardamom pods, seeds removed
- 500g pack frozen mango chunks
- 250g low-fat natural yogurt
- 3 passion fruits, halved

Method
- Put the cardamom seeds, mango chunks, yogurt and 300ml water in a blender. Spoon in the pulp from 1 passion fruit. Blend for 2 mins or until smooth. Divide between 4 serving glasses, and top with half a passion fruit per glass.
