Ingredients
- 50ml white rum
- 15ml orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
- 1 tsp shredless marmalade
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- few ice cubes
- small slice of orange, halved
If you don't have any limes, try a lemon instead

Method
- Pour the white rum, orange liqueur, marmalade, lime juice, and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes.
- Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 1 minute.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass, then garnish with a small halved slice of orange.
