Ingredients
- 12 ready made meat balls
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- 400g chopped tomatoes
- 50g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 demi baguette, halved and split
If you don't have chopped tomatoes, chop up a tin of plum tomatoes instead

- Add the meatballs and brown all over for 5 minutes on a nonstick pan. Add the herbs and tomatoes then bubble for 10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is reduced. Pile the saucy meatballs into the baguette and sprinkle over cheese and allow to melt a little before eating with a big green salad and plenty of napkins.
