Ingredients
- 375g mincemeat
- 50g blanched almonds, roughly chopped
- 2½ oranges, zested
- 10 frozen Yorkshire puddings
- 100g marzipan, grated
- 2½ tsp icing sugar
- extra thick double cream, to serve

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C. Prepare a muffin tray or loosely line a small baking tray with foil, creating 4 wells for the Yorkshires to sit upright in.
- Mix together the mincemeat, chopped almonds and ½ the orange zest, then evenly spoon the mixture into each Yorkshire pudding. Top each with the grated marzipan.
- Cook in the oven for 12 mins, until bubbling and golden.
- Remove from the tray to a wire rack and dust with icing sugar. Serve with double cream and sprinkle over the remaining orange zest.
