- 75ml orange juice
- 75ml pineapple juice
- 1 tsp fizzy sherbet
- 1 bottle of prosecco, Champagne or sparkling water
- 1 orange (for orange twist, see tip)

Method
- Combine the orange juice and pineapple juice with the fizzy sherbet in a glass. Top up with prosecco, Champagne or sparkling water. Garnish with an orange twist (optional).
Tip: To make an orange twist, wrap a thin strip of orange peel around the handle of a wooden spoon and press until it holds its curl.
