Ingredients
- 10g fresh oregano, leaves picked and finely chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ½ lemon, zested and juiced
- 80ml olive oil

- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl or a resealable bag; season.
