- 200g sweetcorn, drained
- 125g mature red Leicester cheese, grated
- 6 Herta Classics frankfurters
- 75g mayonnaise
- 75g ketchup

Method
Serve these Uruguayan-inspired hot dogs with salsa golf – a blend of ketchup and mayonnaise.
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Cut along the length of the buns but not all the way through. Mix the sweetcorn with the cheese and fill the rolls with it, pressing it in lightly. Put on one baking tray.
- Put the frankfurters on the other tray. Cook both trays in the oven for 7-8 mins until the cheese has melted and the frankfurters are hot.
- To make the salsa golf, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together. Put a frankfurter in each roll and drizzle with the salsa.
