This cheat's recipe is a great way to spice up plain naan breads to serve alongside your favourite Indian-inspired feast. Simply top with crumbly paneer, fiery green chilli and fresh garlic, bake and enjoy with a sprinkle of zesty coriander and seeds. See method
Ingredients
- 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely diced
- 100g paneer, finely grated
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 45g butter, melted
- 3 Tesco Finest plain naans, halved
- ½ tsp nigella seeds
- 5g fresh coriander, chopped, to serve

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Mix the chilli, paneer and garlic with 1½ tbsp melted butter.
- Put the naans on a baking tray and brush with the remaining butter. Top with the cheese mix, then the nigella seeds.
- Bake for 8 mins or until the cheese has melted and the naans are golden. Sprinkle with the coriander to serve.
