- handful raspberries
- 40ml Gordon’s Gin
- 25ml Tesco Finest Triple Sec
- 20ml lemon juice

Method
- Put a small handful of British raspberries into a cocktail shaker and crush using a muddler or long spoon.
- Pour in the gin, then add the Triple Sec and lemon juice. Give everything a good shake, then strain the liquid into a martini glass.
- Garnish with some finely cut lemon peel, or an extra raspberry if you like, and serve.
