Ingredients
- 750g purple sprouting broccoli
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- pinch of dried chillies

Method
- Cook the broccoli in a pan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes then drain well.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the red pepper for 2-3 minutes until just tender, add a pinch of dried chillies, fry for a few seconds then tip in the broccoli and toss well.
