- 1 large wholemeal or white tortilla
- 50g 50% less fat soft cheese

Method
- Arrange 75g raspberries over half of 1 large wholemeal or white tortilla and mash them with a fork.
- Spread 50g 50% less fat soft cheese over the other half of the tortilla.
- Fold the raspberry half over the cheese and serve at room temperature, or transfer to a hot frying pan over a medium-high heat (an adult should do this) and cook for 30 secs each side until lightly toasted. Cut into wedges to serve.
