Method
- To prepare the snowmen, thread 3 marshmallows onto each small skewer (so there is skewer showing at the bottom but not the top – similar to a lollypop). Use a skewer to pre-pierce holes for the ‘arms’ and ‘legs’ in the sides of the middle marshmallow and the base of the bottom marshmallow for arms and legs. Insert the matchmaker pieces into these holes.
- Place the chocolate frosting into a disposable piping bag fitted with a small round nozzle or cut off the very tip so you have a small 2mm hole. Pipe small blobs for buttons, a smile and eyes. Pipe a final blob on each to stick on a Jelly Tot half for a nose. Set aside.
- Divide the drinking chocolate between four mugs. Add a small amount of the milk to each and mix to a smooth paste.
- Heat the remaining milk in the microwave or in a small pan over a medium heat on the hob. Add to the mugs, stirring briskly. Serve with the marshmallow snowmen - on the side for dunking or balanced on the top of the mugs.
