Ingredients
- 100g rice crispies
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- ¼ tsp mild chilli powder
- 45g plain flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- vegetable oil, for greasing
- 1½ packs 300g chicken breast, cut into cubes (around 16-18 pieces)
- sunflower oil spray

Method
- Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200°C, 180°C fan. Place the rice snaps in a bowl, crush the cereal a little with your hands. Add 1 tsp of the paprika, the garlic granules and the mild chilli powder and mix well.
- Put the flour into a separate small bowl and stir through the remaining paprika. Put the eggs into a third bowl. Grease two baking trays.
- Working on one piece of chicken at a time, dip first into the flour, then the egg, then finally the rice crispy mix. Place on the prepared baking trays. Once all are prepared, spray with the sunflower oil. Bake for 20 mins, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
