These nutty no-bake energy balls are so simple to make. You only need four ingredients: smooth almond butter, crunchy Shredded Wheat, sweet honey and chopped pistachios. See method

- 6 Shredded Wheat
- 80g maple syrup or clear honey
- 190g almond butter
- 3 tbsp of pistachios, chopped

Method
- Place the Shredded Wheat, maple syrup and almond butter in a food processor and pulse to a smooth paste.
- Roll into 12 equal-size balls using the palm of your hand.
- Put the chopped pistachios in a shallow dish. Add the balls to the dish and roll until coated.
- Chill for 1 hr to set. Store for up to 5 days in airtight container in the fridge.
