This American-inspired banana and peanut butter smoothie is so gorgeously thick it's been renamed 'thickie'! A delicious drink packed with not only banana and peanut butter but also with sticky honey, oats and almond milk. Enjoy for breakfast, with lunch, or as an anytime pick-me-up. See method
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 250ml (8fl oz) almond milk
- 50g (2oz) oats
- 1 tsp honey

Method
- In a blender, whizz the bananas with the peanut butter and almond milk, until smooth. Add the oats and honey; whizz again until combined.
- Divide between 2 chilled glasses and serve.
