A quick and zingy dairy-free breakfast idea that has summer written all over it. Smooth and creamy, with the tropical flavours of mango and coconut, you can make it vegan by leaving out the optional honey. See method
Ingredients
- 500ml dairy free coconut milk, chilled
- 350ml soya mango yoghurt
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped
- 1-2 tsp runny honey (optional)
- small handful ice

- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 chilled glasses and serve immediately.
