- 6 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 bananas
- 400ml Arla Skyr Natural Icelandic Style Yogurt

Method
- Sprinkle 6 tbsp oats on a baking tray with 2 tbsp sugar. Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp.
- Mash 2 bananas and mix with yogurt. Layer into 4 tumblers with the toasted oats.
