Turmeric shots may be on-trend, but we think this drink is here to stay! We've added some zing with lemon and a sweet note with orange and fresh beetroot to create a deliciously refreshing drink that's high in vitamin C. Keep these in the fridge for breakfast, a snack or whenever you fancy a pick-me-up. See method

Method

  1. Pick out any obvious pips from the lemon and orange, then put in a juicer with the fresh beetroot and turmeric (ginger would also work well).
  2. If you don’t have a juicer, use a blender, then pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Juice or blend until smooth, then store in sterilised bottles or containers*. The shots will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
