- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 300g cooked beetroot
- 50g feta
- Handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 20g chopped hazelnuts

Method
- Toast the cumin seeds in a pan over a medium heat for 1-2 mins.
- Blitz the seeds, beetroot and feta in a food processor, until chunky or smooth, depending on your preference. Season.
- Spoon into a bowl and top with chopped flat-leaf parsley and chopped hazelnuts.
