Enjoy the flavours of a bitter orange Italian aperitif in this easy ice lolly idea. Simply mix Bella Apertini with prosecco and garnish with a slice of orange, then freeze to make the ultimate summer cooler. See method
Ingredients
- 100ml Bella Apertini
- 80ml prosecco
- 2 slices of orange (optional)
Method
- Pour 25ml Bella Apertini into each section of the lolly mould, then top each one with 20ml prosecco and 30ml water. If you like, cut each slice of orange in half and add a piece to each mould before attaching their lids.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight until solid, then remove from the mould to serve.
