These grown-up Tequila Sunrise lollies are a fun, frozen twist on the classic beach cocktail. Tequila, triple sec, grenadine and orange juice are frozen in layers, along with chopped up raspberries and thin orange slices. See method
Ingredients
- 275ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp grenadine
- 2 tbsp triple sec
- 6 raspberries, cut into thirds
- 30ml silver tequila
- ½ small orange, thinly cut into 6 half moons

Method
- Mix 75ml orange juice with the grenadine and triple sec. Divide between 6 ice lolly moulds and add a few raspberry pieces into each. Freeze for 2-3 hrs until partially frozen.
- Mix the remaining orange juice and the tequila together in a jug. Pour over the partially frozen base, add a slice of orange to each. Insert a lolly stick into each mould. Freeze overnight until fully frozen. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
