Taking cue from the hot honey trend, this honey mustard dressing is a must-try. Brilliant for pepping up roasted veg as well as any type of salad, it's a handy cook's shortcut to have in the fridge all year round. Add more crushed chillies if you like it hot! See method
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 3 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 5 tbsp lemon juice, plus extra to taste
- 75ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chipotle chilli paste
- ¼ tsp crushed chillies, plus extra to taste

Method
- Whisk together the honey and mustard, along with the lemon juice, olive oil, chipotle chilli paste and crushed chillies. Season well. Taste and add a pinch more crushed chillies or a squeeze more lemon juice, if you like.
- Drizzle over salads or roasted vegetables. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, shaking well before using.
